The minimum rental period is 3 daysIf you're heading to the Mt. Fuji area, we recommend staying 4 days or more so you can relax and fully enjoy the great outdoors. We also offer discount plans for rentals of 4 days or more.
We recommend booking 2–3 months in advanceOur vehicles are limited in number, and popular campsite facilities get booked quickly, so early booking is recommended. After your booking is confirmed, every guest receives their own "MyTrip Dashboard" (click to see the demo version), which includes our carefully prepared guide to recommended campsites — you can check each campsite's highlights and how to reserve in detail.
Options can be added after your booking is confirmedOptions such as our "Delivery & Pick-up Service" don't need to be decided at the time of booking — simply contact us after your booking is confirmed.

Season & Holiday Notes
Winter trips (December–March): power & staying warmEvery vehicle comes with a large-capacity portable power station (EcoFlow, approx. 1,000Wh) for charging phones, cameras, and other devices. In winter, however, frequent use of electric blankets and other appliances may drain the battery faster than expected. Before booking, we recommend reading our blog post "The Charm of Winter Camping and Essential Gear" to learn how to stay warm and manage power in winter.
We are closed on December 31 and January 1Vehicle pickup and return are not available on these two days. Bookings that span these dates (e.g., pickup on December 30 and return on January 2) are still welcome, but cannot be made through the online booking system — please contact us directly to arrange them.
