Please select your preferred vehicle model and date on our website, enter the necessary information and payment details, then click the reservation button. After the reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your inbox.
Please ensure that you have a valid driver's license for driving in Japan ready in advance. If you are unable to present a valid driver's license on the rental day, we will not be able to provide you with a vehicle.

Upon completing your reservation, we will send you a list of recommended campsites along with detailed booking information. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. As your personal concierge, CLOUD NINE will help all customers create the most wonderful memories in Japan.
Please arrive at our store 10 minutes before your reservation time to pick up the vehicle. The departure procedure will take approximately 20 minutes.
* Customers who have selected the vehicle delivery service can pick up their vehicle at the designated location.

We provide not only vehicle rentals but also all the tools necessary for camping. All you need to prepare on the day is your own change of clothes and a valid driving license in Japan.
Either vehicle is fine! The size of the vehicle and the rooftop tent differs, but the other equipment is the same. The Minivan (DELICA D5) offers a very spacious rooftop tent for a luxurious time. On the other hand, the Compact car (Jimny SIERRA) is more compact, making it easier to drive for those who are less confident in their driving skills.
Yes, our service is designed to ensure that even beginners can enjoy a camping experience with ease. We provide materials and videos explaining how to use camping gear, set up the rooftop tent, and make a bonfire.
Yes, we have many recommended campsites! All our staff members love camping, so they know many wonderful campsites. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide free consultation, so don't worry.
We recommend making a reservation as early as possible. We do not have many vehicles, and popular campsites in Japan tend to get booked quickly. It is advisable to make a reservation 2-3 months in advance. We can assist with the reservation process for campsites in Japan, so rest assured!
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our vehicles.
Yes, we have child seats available for children from 1 year old. Please select it as an additional option when making a reservation. (¥1,000 per day)
Yes, we offer an option to deliver the vehicle to the specified location. Please select the delivery option during the reservation. You can also add this option after the reservation is confirmed. For more details,

Liability coverage for personal injury and property damage is unlimited. Personal injury compensation is up to 30 million yen per person. In the unlikely event of an accident requiring insurance, a deductible of 100,000 yen will be charged. Additionally, if the accident results in an inability to operate, a non-operation charge (NOC) will be applied.
The cancellation fee applies from 30 days before your scheduled use. For details, please refer to the "Cancellation Fees" section in the pricing plan.
