Since launching in January 2026, our first Long Trip vehicle — LT_Jimny01 — has been booked almost non-stop. Demand from travelers who want to spend 7+ days exploring Japan at their own pace has been far higher than we ever expected.

Why we added a second vehicle
To be honest, lately we’ve had to turn down quite a few inquiries.
“I’d like to rent for 2 weeks.”
“I want to spend a whole month traveling slowly through Japan.”
To travelers like these, we had to reply: “We’re sorry, but we don’t have a vehicle available for that period.” It happened more times than we’d like.
The truth is, the journeys our Long Trip guests plan are much bigger than we imagined:
- Starting from Mt. Fuji, extending into the Kansai region — Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe — and circling back
- Taking a ferry to Hokkaido, looping through the wide-open nature, and returning
- Settling into one area for two weeks and traveling as if living locally
There are places that short stays simply can’t reach.
There are moments that short stays can’t quite capture.
Japan, when you really travel through it, is a remarkably wide country.
We didn’t want to keep turning away the people who said, “That’s exactly the kind of trip I want to take.”
That’s the real reason behind this expansion.
By growing the Long Trip Series to two vehicles, we can now share more of these slow, deep journeys with you.

For the second vehicle, we chose white.
It’s not flashy. But it blends naturally into any campsite, any landscape — and that’s exactly why we chose white as the signature color.
The green of a forest site, the blue of a lakeside, the white of a snowfield, the orange of a sunset — white never fights the background. Whenever you take a photo, it looks right.
It’s the kind of vehicle you can call “the safe choice you’ll never regret” — a timeless option you’ll come to love over time.

Our standard Jimny vehicles can be rented from 3 days, but the Long Trip Series is available only for reservations of 7 days or longer.
It’s in unhurried journeys that the true value of this vehicle reveals itself.
Feature ②｜EcoFlow Alternator Charger as standard equipment
Charges your portable power station rapidly — while driving or even at idle.
There’s no need to seek out campsites with electrical hookups, and no need to reshape your itinerary around power. Warm nights, full batteries by morning.
Feature ③｜ETC fees fully included
Long trips naturally mean more highway driving. With the Long Trip Series, the daily ETC fee (¥500) is already included in your plan.
So when the thought “Should we drive a bit farther today?” crosses your mind, you can simply say yes.
